We securely process payments via Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and Link. For users in China: we also support Alipay — switch the browser language to Chinese (中文) to access the Alipay option at checkout.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I run out of credits?

No problem! You can instantly purchase a Top-up Pack to keep creating without changing your subscription plan.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No, monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Can I get a tax invoice?

We provide payment receipts for all users. Formal tax invoices (for corporate reimbursement) are currently available only for Enterprise Plan users.

I subscribed in the app. How do I change my plan on the web?

Accepted Answer

App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple and can't be changed from the web. First turn off auto-renewal on your iPhone under Settings > your name > Subscriptions > ListenHub. In a hurry? Email support@marswave.ai and we'll sort it out. Otherwise, wait for your current period to end and subscribe again on the web.
